Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Art. 1 lit. b, f RODO - processing is necessary to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract; legitimate interest pursued by the data controller. 4. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of implementing the accommodation contract, in particular: issuing the necessary documents for using our services (registration card, invoice, receipt) and for making cash and non-cash payments, handling requests that are sent by phone, e-mail, our use of contact details for purposes related to the provision of services under the concluded service contract, handling complaints and complaints - if submitted; for tax and accounting purposes, in the scope of data collected by monitoring, the purpose is to ensure the safety of persons staying in the monitored area (including employee safety) as well as property protection, fire and flood protection. 5. The legitimate purpose of the Data Administrator is: conducting own services, maintaining customer relations, conducting statistical analyzes, providing payment services, debt collection, archiving data to ensure accountability and fulfill obligations arising from legal provisions. 6. Your data will be made available to entities authorized under generally applicable law or a company providing legal services. 7. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract with you, as well as after its termination for the purpose of: pursuing claims in connection with the performance of contract conditions, performance of obligations arising from legal provisions, including tax and accounting, preventing fraud and fraud, statistical and archiving, up to a maximum of 6 years from the end of the performance of the service contract. 8. Your personal data in the scope of recording monitoring will be stored until overwriting (depending on the size of recordings) up to 30 days or until the final termination of the proceedings conducted on the basis of law. 9. Video monitoring includes: hotel reception, hall, corridors, staircase, bar, dining rooms, elevator entrances, hotel entrance, green area. 10. The person whose data is processed has the right to request the administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data. 11. If the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the person for the processing of personal data (Article 6 paragraph 1 point a of the GDPR), he has the right to withdraw this consent at any time. 12. If you become aware of an unlawful processing of personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. 13. Providing personal data by you is a statutory obligation when the premise for processing is a legal provision or a necessary condition to conclude a contract or settle an individual case. 14. The Administrator does not provide for the processing of your data in anautomated manner, including their profiling. 15. The Administrator does not provide for the transfer of your data to third countries within the meaning of the GDPR.
